With 10+ years in marketing and organizational development across local and international organizations, he has led impactful documentary projects for NGOs like Oxfam, Action Against Hunger and more. Raymond holds an MBA in International Business and is also the 2024 Uganda Conservation Media Awards Photographer of the Year.

Blessing is a versatile multimedia producer and excellent team-player. A former news anchor, she has over a decade of experience in communications, scriptwriting, video editing, and production. At Maramambo, she manages client projects from concept to completion, having successfully delivered approximately 100 projects for major organizations like GIZ, Oxfam, Mercy Corps, and the British Council.

Kizito is a Co-founder of Maramambo Media, a passionate videographer with over 10 years in the industry. He has produced over 50 videos for major international organizations including UN Women, USAID, and the EU. His work has been showcased on Ugandan TV, presented to EU MPs in Brussels, and viewed by the U.S. State Department in Washington for advocacy and fundraising.

Hatib Kimbowa is a highly skilled videographer and editor with over 14 years of diverse production experience across Uganda, Kenya, and Tanzania. His work includes TV adverts, documentaries, and music videos for stations like BBS Terefayina. He has also provided content for Hee Mang TV in South Korea and holds professional training in Safety Video Production from Dubai.

Arnold Mugasha is an accomplished photographer and videographer based in Kampala. A contributing photographer for Getty Images and Shutterstock, he has executed work for global brands like Disney, WWF, and Uber through agencies such as J. Walter Thompson. He is recognized for applying unique local perspectives while meeting international photography standards.

Michael is a passionate and self-taught videographer with a Procurement Certificate from Bugema University. He delivers everyday excellence, having built an impressive portfolio through work with highly-rated media companies including NTV Uganda, DSTV, and Maisha Magic (Maliaka Media). His experience ensures the delivery of phenomenal video production work.

Kanaabo Ramathan is a passionate, creative cinematographer and editor. He holds a Diploma in advanced compositing for TV broadcast from Proline Film Academy. Over four years, he has built remarkable proficiency, collaborating with top Ugandan media companies to consistently deliver high-quality video productions through his technical knowledge and artistic flair.

Jjumba is an award-winning freelance photographer with over 10 years of experience. He holds a Bachelor’s in Procurement from Makerere University. He has done documentary work for nearly every major international agency in Uganda, including Oxfam, ICRC, and The Wall Street Journal. His work is exhibited annually in Sweden and published in numerous books.

Abel is an established lead video editor with excellent editing and transcribing skills, certified by GiT Institutions of Technology Uganda. Formerly with Media 256 Ltd, he now leads video editing at Mara Mambo Media, delivering accomplished projects for clients like Fairtrade Africa, the British Council, and the World Health Organization.

Ronald is a creative graphic designer with a decade of experience in all aspects of design and print. Skilled in Adobe and MS Office suites, he is proficient across pre-press, press, and post-press production. Flexible and deadline-driven, his portfolio ranges from small projects to major work for NGOs, publishers like New Vision, and private companies.

Bakasambe Edward is a passionate documentary editor and cinematographer dedicated to impactful storytelling. His award-winning work, including a 2022 Telly Award, features collaborations with CNN, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and the Mastercard Foundation. He crafts powerful narratives on themes like education and conservation to drive social change.

Rebecca is a versatile sound professional with a Diploma in Film Production. Experienced in production mixing, boom operation, and post-production editing, she has worked on feature films, TV series, commercials, and documentaries. She also dedicates time to facilitating training programs for aspiring youth filmmakers.

Lazarus is a versatile editor with an MA in Literature from Makerere University. A skilled team player, he proofreads, reviews, and rephrases content for accuracy and appeal, working collaboratively under pressure to meet deadlines. His successful manuscript portfolio spans scholarly, fictional, and creative works, including prior experience with Fountain Publishers.

Audry is a passionate marketing professional with 6 years of experience promoting products and services. She holds a unique academic background with a Degree in Geo-science and Petroleum from Makerere University, which she now applies to her marketing role at Maramambo Media.

Jessy is a skilled administrator and finance professional with over two years of experience in accounting and taxation. She holds a BA in Finance and Accounts from Kyambogo University. Previously the Finance Officer at Lifeline Medical Center, she now serves as the Administrator at Maramambo Media.

Duncan brings a breadth of professional experience from his previous work with various companies. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, providing a strong business foundation, which he now applies in his role at Mara Mambo Media.
