In this phase, we work closely with you to understand your vision through the Terms of Reference (TOR), which guide our scriptwriter in shaping the project’s narrative. Once drafted, the script undergoes creative and client reviews to ensure clarity, tone, and purpose are perfectly aligned.
Timeframe: Typically within 3 days of receiving the TOR (longer if extensive research is required). Note: Some productions like conferences or event recordings may not require scripting.
With a clear direction established, we move into production — where planning meets reality. Our team captures both the planned and spontaneous moments that bring your story to life. Flexibility is key, as field conditions often reveal powerful, unanticipated stories worth telling.
Timeframe: Depending on the project, this process can use a minimum of a day to over week depending on the complexity of the project, and number of locations that need to be accessed.
This is where the story takes its final shape. After fieldwork, we back up, organize, and edit all footage — performing color correction, sound mastering, graphics integration, and grading to achieve a professional finish. A first draft is shared promptly for client feedback, ensuring the vision remains consistent from start to finish.
Timeframe: Depending on the complexity of the project, a draft should be ready within 3 days so that refinements can happen along the process using the feedback from the client
We deliver in formats tailored to your needs, optimized for modern platforms and distribution methods. Whether for broadcast, online, or high-definition projection, we ensure all technical specifications — codecs, bitrates, and resolutions — meet the highest standards. Final versions are delivered promptly and efficiently, ready for your audience.
